The Institute of Nanoscience of Aragon, as a part of the University Community, advocates for a continuous improvement in Risk Prevention, which can only be achieved through information, consultation and participation. This is the framework underlying the safety course “SegurINA”
The course is divided into four modules carried out in two sessions: General concepts and Emergency Plan, Chemical Hazards, Biological Risks Hazards and Physical Hazards. These theoretical modules are complemented by a visit to the facilities and an evaluation test.
The course aims to provide general background information needed to move safely through the laboratories of the Institute, identifying and locating major risks, but does not stand for specific training for each particular job.
(It is mandatory to overcome this course to access autonomously to the laboratories of the Institute.)
